ECPAT France is part of several organization collectives
As part of its France projects, ECPAT France is a member of the Collectif Ensemble contre la traite and the resource platform INFOMIE.
ECPAT France also adheres to the Alliance of Lawyers for Human Rights, particularly in the context of its actions in civil action.
As part of its international projects, ECPAT France joins collective organizations of international solidarity organizations: Humanitarian Coordination and Development, Coordination Sud and the F3E. The association is also part of two thematic groups: the Groupe Enfance bringing together French organizations working on international childhood and the Plateforme DH bringing together French NGOs defending human rights internationally.
